If they are considering his failure at Manchester United, what about his exploits at Ajax? I don't think that Bayer Leverkusen's poor start was the only reason for his sack.  Maybe he might have some disagreement or irreconcilable differences with the management of the club

Could it be because Ange Postecoglou prefers to coach a Premier League team? He was recently appointed as Nottingham Forest manager. Leverkusen argues that Kasper Hjulmand possesses similar tactics and playing style to Leverkusen. But, well, let's see how this new coaching appointment pans out.

You just generalized it when you said it will be difficult for any team to play against Frankfurt because they are in excellent form. There are lots of teams in the Bundesliga that can rip apart this Frankfurt team when they meet even with this form you say they are. I'm not even going to add Bayern Munich to list of teams that will do the job because we already know how it's going to be for both of them.

I can't completely doubt Erik Ten Hag's competence because of a bad season in Old Trafford, as he has shown his worth over the years with not so small a club as Ajax going unbeaten in the group stage and knocking off Real Madrid and Juventus to get to the semi finals of the UEFA Champions league.

He did it and can still do it again, as we all saw the Ajax team play with so much understanding and communication. Nothing changed but the players, I believe all he needs are players that believe in the system and work on building a strong mentality.

You can judge character. See Tuchel as an example, every club knows he is an asshole and yet he gets jobs because he has had some success and strong experience in the past. Every team knows that Tuchel is not a kind guy and then the question is whether they are fine with it or not. In case of ten Tag everyone knew he is a cry baby and a coach who attacks players in public, doesn't protect them. He is bad at communication and he lets players of his own team in the dark about their opportunities. Leverkusen should have known that, but now they acted as if they didn't and sacked him.

Kasper did an alright job with Norway, while they did not win many things, they were doing more than what they hoped to do, so that type of overachievement is the reason. Or maybe something else, I really don't know. Whenever an unknown manager is hired, that's always a bit curious to me.

Leverkusen isn't some small team, sure if you are a relegation level team then you can't get a big manager so you may just get some unknown, but not getting someone with a lot of history and achievements makes no sense to me at the top. If you are Leverkusen, you should be hiring someone who has managed long time (at least 10 years) at Bundesliga after such a period. Doesn't mean that's all you should hire all the time, just saying right now that is what they needed.

Kasper Hjulmand is a former Danish footballer and after retiring from football he served as manager for the Danish national team for a while and he was successful there so Leverkusen must have done well by giving this manager the responsibility of their club and I believe that Leverkusen will do better under this manager than Ten Hag at least. Leverkusen supporters I have not seen anyone from the management of Leverkusen speaking in favor of Ten Hag which means it was certain in advance that if this manager did not do well he would be removed from his job and that is what Leverkusen did. Leverkusen dismissed him in the middle of the season which means that this manager will have to pay Leverkusen the entire season's salary. Still, Leverkusen is not looking at money but looking at the performance of their club and that is why such a decision has been made by the club.

Look like they already Kasper Hjulmand in mind because when did they sack Ten Hag and now they are already reinstating Kasper Hjulmand I just feel like they already lost confidence in Ten Hag and to me that is too early to be losing interest now. And from what am seen seems Leverkusen wants a good result and they want it this season.

And what they are failing to understand is that even without the fact that they are appointing a new coach I don't think they will still get the result they want because starting from the way Bayern Munich are in form its going to be very difficult for them to just come from no were to top because they have a new coach it as to be gradual process. I love the energy that is coming from Leverkusen but they still need to calm down instead of dismissing coaches because they want fast result. And since Leverkusen won the Bundesliga they just feel they want to do more to maintain that consistency.

Yes, focusing on ETH would be wrong and they need to focus on the future. However, the future isn't bright with a new manager neither. He wasn't a manager for long, and not for a club, not in a while at least. for the last 5-6 years, he managed Norway, a country, and also was consultant, so basically he did not really manage a club for a very long time.

The real trouble will begin now because they can't just fire yet another manager, not after 3 games at least. If he was an interim manager then I would understand, like for 5 games he is there until they find a better one. But no, he is full time hire, and that means they are going to end up with many bad results and even if they do end up firing him, I think they will have to wait a while.
