Dortmund has failed to fight Bayern Munich for the league title for many seasons, we always expect them to give Bayern Munich a difficult time in winning the league title, but Bayern Munich always comes through with a strong performance and wins the league. For the previous two seasons, Leverkusen has been the team with an unexpected result to give Bayern Munich a hard time and win the league title from them, but Dortmund is unable to maintain their winning ways and do the same.

I can't see Bayern Munich being stopped this year. They've become a truly excellent team. They were criticized a bit at the start of the year, but it seems they have nothing to criticize. I would say that they are doing it to make the club be a lot better financially so they can continue. The reality is simple, they can't afford the transfers and salaries that they are paying without selling these players like that, but that was three players they sold for a lot back then, they haven't done that again.

They should have looked for more players that they could sell for a lot more, but reality is simple that we are not going to end up with the same results at all, we should be looking for something that is taking some time and we can't really get what we want out of this if we are careless. They stand at 7 wins in the Bundesliga and 27-4 goals and of course this smells like a record-breaking season, but Bayern could run into problems like any other team. Usually this is not the time of the season when many players drop out because of injuries or crashes in performance. They are all healthy and motivated, but let them have a small crisis. You can see that Barcelona was said to have no problems at all in La Liga, but Flick is going crazy because Barcelona is losing dominance as soon as one player is injured. I could imagine if Kane gets injured and Neuer, things could change quickly.

Since Borussia Dortmund has been in the business of selling their best players, who knows if they are planning to sell Guirassy or Adeyemi soon.
