you should include some of this info to even have a chance at a sale:

current activity/potential activity
post count
dark or light green trust
relative post quality, since the account is most likely going to be used for a signature campaign anyways
most importantly, availability of a signed message. to prove ownership of the account you are selling. if unable to provide this, its safe for a buyer/escrow service to assume that the account you are selling is hacked.

the seller is high lighting the GREEN TRUST in the account instead of the other more important to the buyer like any if there's pending loans, scam accusations and post quality.
