In the case that I am not able to sell the collateral for an amount enough to cover the principle plus interest then you would owe me the difference.

I publically agree to send 9569xrp to user zazarb as collateral for 0.7BTC. The repayment of 0.756BTC (principal + interest) would be done on or before 10 july 2017 and post repayment of BTC, Zarzarb agree to repay my XRP back.
