I am not sure about your demographic conquering claim. Right now, the Hispanics are a minority in all of the 50 states in the US. And recent data indicates that the Hispanic birth rate is declining steeply. A few years ago, the Hispanic women used to have around 4 children each. This has come down to 2.5 children as per the 2014 data.

Right now Mexicans are minority, that is correct, but it will change fast. Mexicans in US are somewhat similar to Islamists in Europe. For now they are minority but in 2050 they would probably rule over the EU.

There are no Mexican or hispanic organizations which support carrying weapons to protect against "The Man" as say, the Black Panthers did.

There is a big difference between the Hispanics in the United States and the Muslims in the European Union. The former group is assimilating (albeit slowly) in to the American general population, while the latter group is forcing the assimilation of the Europeans in to their own ethnic group. European Union will become Eurabia by 2050, but the United States will remain as the United States.
