Something wrong with this picture. Why are there a poop load of s7's sitting on the ground in a parking lot? Don't think I would be putting $2000 electronics on the ground. Must have pulled them out of a dumpster. Confiscated? Isn't it illegal to use BTC in Russia?

Must have pulled them out of a dumpster. Confiscated? Isn't it illegal to use BTC in Russia? These were not in russia it was China. Look at CYBTC review, he is in china. So no not confiscated. I suspect he got a pallet of miners. Likely does not care about boxes so unboxed them there. He could have done it so we don't see his data center, or what hes using in data center or how big. Or he just thought it would be impressive a lot laying outside in decent lighting which it is. But I'm sure they took them and put them in the building beside it and they are now hashing away.

I called DHL this morning.
Package is stuck in Customs in Cincinnati. No progress since Sunday night. The status went from an estimated delivery yesterday to "unknown". Apparently Bitmain called and started a trace yesterday, due today.
I choose DHL because of Customs warnings with FedEx, and paid a higher shipping charge due to that. Is UPS any better?
ups is better for shipment to NJ then fedex or dhl,but these are more expensive and if you purchased 2 or more you go over 2500 usd that 2500 usd number can make : fedex dhl ups fuck you. I ordered 3 s-7's all one at a time to ease the issues. I would not order psu's mixed with s-7's for fear of getting one not the other. And I got a shipping notice for my batch 2. but not sure it shipped.

I'm not sure i"m gonna do it but i'd like to know how I can OVERCLOCK to the maximum SAFELY the ANTMINER S7? there is no safely in overclocking as you lose the warranty, but if you must, then going to 606 first, waiting at least 2hr, checking speed, boards temperature and errors, then increase to 612, etc.

And I got a shipping notice for my batch 2. but not sure it shipped.
I hope your batch 2 order has actually has shipped. I still have no shipping notification or tracking number for my second batch 1 order. All I have is the same indication on the Bitmain site that the order has shipped with the obvious wrong date of 2015-09-28 00:00:00 and no other info.

I'm not sure i"m gonna do it but i'd like to know how I can OVERCLOCK to the maximum SAFELY the ANTMINER S7? If I had an S7 & if it was a 4.86TH unit and if I was going to overclock it I would adjust the psu to be 12V + 5% (12.6V) at the PCIE connectors then take it up a step at a time, check for HW errors and keep a close eye on the temperatures. Theoretically from the BM1385 data sheet about 725MHz should be possible, but with them reducing the spec for some Miners that is more uncertain than usual. The above just my thoughts and in no way a recommendation, Overclock at your own risk. I am sure someone will hae tried it and have some real experience, but may not share until Warranty has expired. Rich They really have killed some testing with their policy's now on warranty. In S3/S5 there was a lot of overclocking and sharing of data. I did not think anything about overclocking. Also switching fans to quieter fan's they killed as it violates warranty. I suspect some have tried it though to. But now the 90 day warranty is violated by doing almost anything. So basically first 90 day's you would be nuts to overclock. I don't even overclock myself during warranty as I feel if I have a problem I will get screwed. I don't suggest anyone overclocking. And Rich is very right if it is happening it will not get posted, as then it's proof of void warranty.

Rich to follow up on this here is a great psu on ebay on a great sale http://www.ebay.com/itm/191698868004?I ordered one this is a 350 usd psu http://www.trcelectronics.com/View/Mean-Well/RSP-1500-12.shtmlhttps://www.trcelectronics.com/ecomm/pdf/rsp1500.pdfit should range from 10 volts to 13.5 and is 87 % efficient . I should be able to do full volt testing with it on my s-7's I do not know the seller and I hope he is good. Also if you want to do voltage testing on any gear fuckups to youself to other people to pets and property are all on you. Not me for pointing out where to get a quality testing psu at a discount price.

Ship it! if bimain would have merged with SPT, considering complementary US holidays...hypothetically: SPT does not work Fri,Sat, BMT SAT Sun-three days are gone. Plus chinese few golden weeks plus few israeli specific holidays Plus christmas plus US official holidays-pretty sure at least half of days on the calendar would be gone

So, my four units are supposedly on the truck for delivery today... But they also were supposed to have been delivered yesterday but they were held up by customs, who wasn't working...
Now they are showing that there is a duty due because customs or UPS classified them as an 'power supplies greater than 500W'
...
No end to the inanity from every party involved.
