What is the best bitcoin miners (both for trust and for preformance)
I saw a bitcoin on miningslab.com but know that was more than likely a fake as it offered 30ph/s of mining power (the power of shlush's pool is 20ph/s and antpools is 73ph/s) and they were offtering this miner for only $3000

The best flat rate miner is on bitmain.
The Antminer S7 4.5+-TH/s of raw share raping power at 4kgs (8lbs).
You can earn 1 bitcoin a day with 1000TH/s so I wouldn't even consider that minerslab "device" to even exist out of a bitcoiner's wet dreams.
The S5+ does 4TH/s +- at about 4.3kgs(9lbs), so that's a thing if you have money to spend.

Antminer S7 is closer to 5TH and Antminer S5+ is close to 8TH.

But anyways. Spoondoolies, Avalon, Bitmain.

My recommendation is go with Bitmain stuff. Which Antminer to pick depends on placement, your electricity cost, your budget etc. Can't be more specific without that information.

I found s1, s2, s3, s4, s4+, s5 and s5+. But no s7, is there a different distributer of this.

I calculated that the s7 brings in 2btc a week in raw bitcoins (before extracting the maintanance costs!)

2BTC per week would require something like 30TH if I'm thinking right, which is around six S7.

I'm not sure where you are looking nor what numbers you are using for doing your math nor what you are expecting or imagining as returns...

You're looking at 1.4BTC~ per MONTH, i have no idea how you got 2btc per WEEK.

I'm not sure where you found the s1, s2, s3, s4, s4+, s5 and s5+ as they are all sold out from Bitmain.

The current unit and the only one on sale is actual the S7 that you can find and that on their official website;

Sorry, I have made my second mistake this month!

I wouldn't recommend it, i would personally go with evga g2 power supplies, 10 years guarantee so running them at 100-105% rating 24/7 work just fine. Anyways thats what i do, run them near max 24/7.

But regardless thats not a bad PSU per see, you just need 240v at home or wherever you want to plug it for it to work. It will NOT work in 115-120v outlets.

To answer your question; Yes its universal to most miners. Standard units all are powered with PCI-e connectors. I'm not sure how many that PSU has, it says 6 pairs of 6. That sound like 12 but i don't see that many on the picture.

For the same price i'd get a EVGA 1300w but thats just me, depending on your situation picking up that power supply could be good. I just don't know its life time, warranty, power ripple and fluctuation etc. Maybe they're noisy, maybe not.

s7 is the best, the s5+ does 8tera yes, but at the cost of a 3400w, too much in comparison with the s7, which consume only 1200

this is a no brain choice

it depends on the hardware, there are rare minters which mine both scrypt and SHA256.. most of us just mine SHA256

ASIC can't switch, thats what ASIC mean, they only do one thing. There are dual miners, but you don't exactly switch either, you either use the scrypt portion or you don't, same for sha.

Otherwise specified, its absolutely impossible.

The best Bitcoin miners have not been available to the general public for some time so hard to say.

Both KNC and Bitfury stopped selling their miners to the public some time ago.  The sales costs, including support costs, were just too high.  
It is much more profitable for them to mine themselves.  On the other side Bitmain and Spondoolies, with slower 28nm technology, presumably find it more profitable to sell their miners rather than mine themselves.

KNC may already be running 16nm miners while Bitfury has announced the tapeout of their 16nm mining chips.

Both are claiming around 0.07 Joules per Gigahash from their newest chips.  For example a 1,500Watt system would give 20 terrahash/s.  This is better than 3 times the efficient of the Bitmain S7.  

Just don't expect to be able to buy a couple of the fastest miners.  The fastest miners are going straight into the largest mining farms.
They are not available to the general public.

Hmm no. Sha is the original algo. Scrypt is the alt. Litecoin = Scrypt. BTC = SHA256d.

 The only LEGITIMATE "best miner" offered to the public at this time is the S7 for Bitcoin and other SHA256 coins.
 This should change by sometime in December when Lktec (probably using Innosilicon A3 chips) offers their announced 5TH unit.

 It it probably that a few other companies have equally efficient equipment in production, but Bitmain and Bitfury don't sell to the public any more, Spondoolies is apparently also no longer planning to sell units to the public, and Avalon has made no announcement about anything competative (though they could have something in the works but not announced).

 KnC was good on performance, WHEN they worked, but the reliability of the company and of their miners was generally very poor to outright crap.

 There have only ever been 2 chips that could "switch" from SHA256 to Scrypt (technically, they were both designed to mine BOTH at the same time) - the Gridseed GC3355, and the SFards SF3301. Sfards was formed from a merger of Gridseed and Wiibox, so the SF3301 is in reality a second generation of the GC3355.
 NEITHER of those chips were particularly efficient at SHA, both were fair efficient at Scrypt when introduced but the introduction price was VERY high in both cases - and as the SF100 miner based on the SF3301 is pretty close to brand new the price is STILL way too high to be viable.
 Gridseed/SFards has a good track record on chip design but a VERY POOR record on board-level design - and based on the very few reports I've seen of SF100 units in the field, they have some serious issues with "not working reliably".
 The other factor to keep in mind is that you'll find more shares and get more rewards from mining Scrypt coins, but ALL of them are worth a lot less than Bitcoin - commonly around 1% OR LESS of a Bitcoin (LTC is a hair over 1% right now but dropping pretty fast since it's pre-halfing runup).

 Innosilicon has announced tapeout of both an A3 (SHA256) and an A4 (Scrypt) chip design, but no hard specs on either yet.
 Possibly in production before the end of the year, but NOT YET AVAILABLE.
