Difficult to find good investment company now, I think much better to invest in Bitcoin self. But if you are would like to try some investment with fix montly profit can be Bitconnect lending is best option, but I dont know excatly there are legit investment from really bot rading or just ponzi scheme. But will be good if  you put your Bitcoin there maksimum 5% of your total Bitcoin.

I think the best invetment is to see yo it that the value of the bitcoin is high, be patient, and most of all, do not invest all of your coins, just a half of your total coins so that if the value is low you wont lose all of your coins.

many of ICO, I think focused on short-term profit. In many I didn't even see estimated financial model, although in fact for any commercial project it is obligatory!

You have to use bank. I don't know from where you are and what are laws in your country, but I know in many countries you have to use bank. You have to receive your salary to your bank account. Unless you don't want to work anymore ever in that case you are not obligated to use banks, otherwise you are.
