well this is a p2p payment system which can work online and offline ... basically this can be carried by mobile phone .... It works on SVP since mobile cant hold the entire database ... and this is like sending coins from one device to another using NFC without internet ...
Two option will be with the wallet Cold/Hot Cold is offline payment once you wanna send it online you cans use Hot ....both will be onclick option in the wallet

Well I am currently raising funds for this project expecting this release in next 90 days.
The Papers are ready but i am willing to release it only after the Sharebit payment is launched ....

so that they can implement it in every Peer to Peer payment system in next version

OP, I am genuinely unsure why you posted this. You're claiming to have some thing for offline payments but you haven't built it yet, you won't show us the papers, and you're being so secretive we can't even ask you questions about it.

I am curious like the other posters here but you're going to have to give us something to go on ...

Your absolutely correct. Any payment system that functions offline wouldn't be able to synchronise in realtime. Bitcoin could have implemented this feature (which would have made it impossible to prevent double-spending) the question is, how this system solve the issue? (I'm guessing it can time travel)

If altcoins have taught me anything its that there are many different ways to solve the consensus problem so I'm not going to dismiss the possibility that OP might have found a way to do it. Granted, it is unlikely but if OP -has- found a solution this could genuinely be revolutionary for payments.

Well Bitcoin Basically works on POW which needs conformation by miners ... there are few other methods like POS, POF ,POC and few are conformed easily.... this offline works on new method created POK where share bit will be the first to operate using POK ..... that makes instant confirmation
and highly secure... cus dont worry basic encryption is same as bitcoin using same sha-256 2 times and basically this payment of offline coin system cus instead of 2% fee of visa they can start using SHarebit ...

Current Status :

VISA : 6000-32000 Transaction Per Second
Paypal : 112 Transaction Per Second
Bitcoin : 7 Transaction Per Second
