well this is a p2p payment system which can work online and offline ... basically this can be carried by mobile phone .... It works on SVP since mobile cant hold the entire database ... and this is like sending coins from one device to another using NFC without internet ...

Your absolutely correct. Any payment system that functions offline wouldn't be able to synchronise in realtime. Bitcoin could have implemented this feature (which would have made it impossible to prevent double-spending) the question is, how this system solve the issue? (I'm guessing it can time travel)

But how does encryption and decryption solve the problem of double-spending? In an "offline" cash system the participants don't have access to a shared transaction state so lets say if a ledger says I have $100 before I go offline, what is to stop me from spending that same $100 multiple times to multiple people? How do the participants know that the "money" they receive hasn't already been spent?

If I understood you clearly you have invented a payment system that does not work or wait for the miners confirmations before it can complete its transactions, is this limited to a particular coin?
