AFAIK the wallet system is need to snyc, so your system is not need to do this?

Well POK is a Mixture of POF,POW Implementing KMT with it .

KMT System Is a New Cryptography algorithm created especially for ultra secure data transaction...

Using KMT not even Brute force attack cant decrypt the encrypted data

So far you haven't told us anything and none of the buzz words you just used have anything to do with solving the consensus problems that a property transferal system would have so I'm going to assume you don't have anything and you've missed some obvious problem. But how does encryption and decryption solve the problem of double-spending? In an "offline" cash system the participants don't have access to a shared transaction state so lets say if a ledger says I have $100 before I go offline, what is to stop me from spending that same $100 multiple times to multiple people? How do the participants know that the "money" they receive hasn't already been spent?

Can I have the 30k now ^_^
