PGP is OPEN SOURCE!!! So in theory you could have taken PGP (or any other open source encryption algorithm) and modified it slightly to make KMT.

Two years is a long period of time to make a copy of bitcoin with simply a new features, don't you think? Using the "pre-order" word make it look like you are selling a phone or a game before launch. If you needed the funds two years ago, you had to launch an ICO but I doubt It would result into successful funding because I can't even find the whitepaper.
