BTC0.005 was only worth my trying to reverse Google image search your avatar and coming up empty, but finding this transparent BG instead. It probably needs only a few edits to the tie and the vest and shadow: https://pixabay.com/p-297507/

Maybe what SFR10 mean is do you have the clearer image, or the original picture of your avatar. It would be easier to be editted, since your avatar is too dark, so we are not sure what exactly the picture is
