You are right currently Bulgaria in not playing good and Azerbaijan done good job as they play 2 draw games away from home so going with Asian handicap is much safer then ML

AFAIK Netherland still have the chance for playoff ticket if they win this match and in other match Turkey lost against Iceland. If it is going to be true means that they will be on 3rd position which is eligible for playoff IMHO.
