I've noticed it gets very slow when there are like 20 big balls on my screen. I don't see them split anymore, they just suddenly show up on the new location.
My i3 and 2 GB Nvidia work fine on agar.io ...

Disable skins ans colors please and try it again. It is possible that the connection to europe + the low graphic card makes it a bit slow.

Why choose a domain name for .io?

The original game is agar.io, so makes sense to make it .io too.

Its a good idea to keep it .io if some of the player base of current agar can hear about it maybe they transfer over.  Good for bitcoin and us.
