Looking to buy another $40-$50 worth of PayPal funds in BTC.

I'll be paying Bitstamp USD rate -10%, so $36 BTC for $40 PayPal.

Escrow is always welcome if you don't feel comfortable going first, but I may go first to you if you have decent trust level and a positive trading history here on bitcointalk.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.
