Hi,

I'm a newbie in bitcoin technology.

I wonder whether the time too finding block will be increase if transaction number that included in block is larger.
Will finding a block that include max 1MB total size of transaction is longer than a block that only have half size.

It has no relation. The algoritm to calculate a block is independent of the actual transaction.
