Why?

I have added additional Commands in for the console in the Wallet.

I have decided to change the Proof Of Stake % Starting at block 30,000 and lasting up until block 40,000

The Rewards Are:

30,000 - 32,000 = 150% Per Year or 0.41% a day
32,001 - 34,000 = 200% Per Year or 0.54% a day
34,001 - 35,000 = 400% Per Year or 1.09% a day
35,001 - 40,000 =  60% Per Year or 0.14% a day
40,001 Onwards Back to the standard rate of 30% Per Year

Graphical User Interface colours changed for better user readability

More nodes have been added to help connectivity issue's

More checkpoints have been added to keep them up to date and help secure our chain.

Max outbound connections increased to further help with connectivity.

Fixed versioning error ie version was being reported wrongly.
