NXT has 0% inflation. It's completely financed from fees.
1,000,000,000 NXT exist today, that number will increase to 1,000,000,000 NXT in 20 years.

I highly suggest you check out Synergy - SNRG: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1070124.0

PoS increased last night to a consistent 10 SNRG / block with a 5 minute block time.  The coin currently has a fairly small market cap of $15,928 USD and there are approximately 650,000 SNRG currently.

The developer has implemented quite a few original ideas with original code and consistently updates the thread and community.  There are some big things to come, check it out and feel free to let me know if you have any more questions.

But, do your research on iGotSpots first.  You won't want to touch it.

Fair warning.

Why is the supply so important for you? The price is relevant.
But, to fit your requirements i would recommend BitcoinDark. Short is BTCD.

Keycoin has less than 1 million coins.

It has a low stake percentage, but my wallet stakes 24/7.

But the devs disappeared and never delivered on their big plans, so there aren't many users and it can be hard to find connections.  So most people would say it doesn't have much to offer, other than the low coin supply.  On the plus side, the price didn't crash and is still pretty stable.  I guess whatever small community is still around supports the coin, and it's survived for over a year which is more than some coins could manage.

look at the coin's github and how many/how frequent there are commits. If there is no commits past the initial then do not buy. Pretty easy.

This post sums up why all this bullshit is a scam

Low supply coins does not guarantee the coin will have high value. An example is 42 coins which has only 42 coins created but its value keeps dropping. It would better to look for coins with platform to engage more people.

Wasn't 42coin a POW coin, was it? As far as I remember 42coin has never been a serious mainstream payment option for most investors. They bought it because of the name.

My recommendation is not really low supply, currently about 10 mil, but Vanillacoin is the ONLY coin that:

- Has random ports and encrypted connections so your ISP sees is normal SSL traffic while monitoring your ports.  No other coin does this
- Has full, staking mobile wallets that allow you to move your wallet.dat to your PC from your Android and iOS wallets.  No other coin does this
- Requires only 1 confirmation on Poloniex (other than BTC, which also requires 1 confirmation)
- Only coin to have near-instant 0 confirmation transactions without master nodes.  No other coin has done this

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you really need a low supply coin for some weird reason, TRI has under 60,000 coins available and a less than 50 BTC market cap, but I haven't been following it lately so you'd have to look into whether or not it would make sense to invest.

This is true, CBX is looking for a new developer. But this happens every now and then, the lead manager (and founder) always takes care to bring in new talent to contribute.
In the meantime CBX just announced release of the Android wallet Vault, so things continue to develop anyways.
