Andreas Antonopoulos on What It Will Take for Bitcoin to Beat the Banks
One of the main memes that has been repeated in the Bitcoin community for many years is that the digital cash system will eventually replace the need for banks. While the general public still seems content with using Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and other traditional providers for their digital finance needs, there are plenty of Bitcoin proponents out there who plan to replace their bank account with a Bitcoin wallet as soon as possible.

Antonopoulos is a real man! He works for the system in the public like nobody else. He is doing a great job!

Does anybody know how he finances his activities?

He is doing podiums, panel discussions, partly works as a consultant for Bitcoin companies I believe and gets paid in bitcoin for all of this.So nothing special.
For instance if you wanna do a crypto conference and want him to do some presentation you can book him.He is having his own website.

The best part of the old video posted there was the lady in the short skirt. {Just joking around} Yea, he has a point, but we should not concentrate too much on side stepping

the banks for now. These banks are still a route to old money and they can be improved if they incorporate the "public" Blockchain into their business model.

The banks have much to offer, if they just streamline the business and when they put the customer interest first again... They lost the plot between making money and

balancing the interest and needs of the clients.  Roll Eyes It's a human problem...

I really can't see bitcoin replacing the banks. Best we can hope for is it being a viable alternative but there's always going to be a need for banks and their services especially for the general public.

I'd imagine he was also a very early adopter. That alone would make you very wealthy.
