I for one wouldn't use your service as your minimum withdrawal is 0.1BTC. This is 10x the average for similar services - and your service isn't anywhere near as well known as the existing BTC ad networks, so I don't see cashing out would be a particularly quick process.

The thing is that % we pay to our webmasters depends on the site rating. The higher quality it is - thr higher % we pay to you. As a rule, this % for faucets is low. So for really good webmasters it's not a problem at all to earn this minimal 0.1 BTC to withdraw

As for the ad size, you can regulate at BitTeaser width only while height can vary automatically depending on the image proportions.

Agree with you 0.1 BTC is too high, most of the other ad network min is 0.001BTC : 0.01BTC max

Google ads themselves specify a minimum of about 0.2 bitcoin for me, obviously in dollars but pretty high for the smaller sites    I understand it takes them administration costs I guess
