Are BanxShares as good as GAW Paycoin?

I would anti-endorse BANX. In my opinion it was a horrible investment for me. Mark refused to refund me after posting that he would refund anyone asking for one. I feel that the site is set up as a scam. I wound up taking a 80% loss when I finally was able to sell my "shares". The safest investment you can make in crypto is buy and hold Bitcoin.

I did had losses as well in Banx shares, and also not being able to sell them within Banx itself made me very disappointed to not get the money (BTC) I have invested back. But I was lucky that a member of this forums offered to buy my shares, otherwise I would have been stuck with them until today. I was too good to be true, but I am glad that I'm out of this scheme.

If the boss is ill there really should be a team of people who continue to run the business. Here is seems that Mark has had some kind of breakdown and Banx has ground to a halt.

I guess they can pay out in Banx shares for months to come but it's meaningless unless Banx shares have some value and this seems to be one of the main arguments.

It seems strange for this to happen. They have announced that they would be changing to Bitshares after the 2.0 protocol release., but still they have the Banx platform. There is one thing that has to be done and that is the ability to sell your shares at any price you want (no matter if it is cheaper than Banx's prices) But still, I have a very little amount of BANX into my account, just in case. A little profit is not bad after all.

I recently was in contact with the Banx.io support regarding an error-message in my account and got help fast to resolve the problem, so as far as I know business is going as usual.

I read that some people believe that all of the BTC that Banx collected originally is now gone. Additionally, as the business hasn't made any profits in any of the business units mentioned in the prospectus, there is nothing to pay out for dividends.

I have very little in my account like I mentioned in a previous post and I've been getting regular interests monthly, January was no exception to my surprise so I guess the project is still alive:
