It's not codes , he will add you and you ask anything from Steam and he sell it to you . (like Dota  items , csgo items etc .. ) at least this is what he was going last time .

OP is refusing to use escrow. Even if he has the wallet he claims to it sounds dodgy. He even refused to complete the transaction after I suggested we trade in parts (so he doesn't get a chance to scam big amounts). I don't know what other conclusions to come to but for him knowing what escrow is and not wanting to accept it he can't be anything else than a carder. I'd say stay away unless he uses escrow. Going first with transactions with newbies is never a good idea.

Just so everyone knows, the method that OP is using to "sell" steam funds can be risky. There have been people who have gotten trade banned on steam when "buying" steam wallet funds using the method of selling a cheap item for high price to transfer funds.

Usually this is high risk when the steam wallet funds were acquired illegitimately. I am not accusing the OP of this but usually this is how some people get trade banned. People caught selling items like this for illegitimate funds can risk getting trade banned. When you're trade banned you are no longer able to use the community market or trade your items/skins to anyone else on Steam. Your items essentially become locked on your account and worthless.

Just a word of caution to anyone looking to deal with sellers who sell wallet funds via this method.

Thanks for your input master. I actually suggested to this person to use you as escrow after we had agreed on a deal but he declined saying he had already sold 1 BTC worth of steam funds an instant later. It was this suspicious action that brought me this conclusion.

I've tried PMing this user for his steam profile but he never replied to me. This was of course from another sale OP had, for a Bayonet Damascus Steel. If OP has a steam profile that has a decent amount of trading/cash rep then the risk of this for the buyer should be significantly lower.
