If they can deliver, it's not bragging.  Customer satisfaction can be easily obtained by intentionally decreasing expectations, then over-delivering.  I expect first shipping to be on the last day of October

Kind of to be expected don'tcha think? People sent money to BFL as far back as spring to pre-order a gadget allegedly to be made available in Oct. Since that time news that BFL is headed by a convicted fraudster has surfaced(though scarcely addressed) and delivery date has been pushed back till Nov/Dec. Then there's a certain BFL rep's complete lack of professionalism when dealing with understandably concerned customers.
