yes it is possible but not all of the time. it is always depends on or luck and sometimes of your trick on how you win. because most of the time, those who are greedy to win  that they would like to get all the money of the casino, they are the one who got lose because of their eagerness to win so i think it is all depend on how you handle your money and how to win.

True, we can win at the short term. But, I guess most people will come back again to this business especially after they gain some profit from it. The circle will never end till someone got nothing to stake anymore. Hence, only few people who can handle their emotions can survive from bad 'long term' profit from this game.

In my opinion about gambling i dont think it can be profitable in long term because as my experience like playing in lottery more losses can be experienced rather than winning. If we only focus profit on the long term, let alone the gains was certainly we will stress, gambling is only a distraction, I will not use gambling for priority investments and moreover long term.

This is just the gamblers fallacy. You can make that much but lose more everyday xP There is no way to have gambling as a career or to live off. If you could it would be very nerve wrecking for you since you dont know what amount you will make that day and how much you need for the month. Losing it all will bring sadness.

Maybe it can to those people who are always doing gambling because for me gambling is not really that profitable in the first place, maybe, if you always win but if you are always losing then it will never be profitable no matter what. I agree, it really depends on how you manage your money in gambling.. controlling yourself is really important and it also depends on a game you play and I think that sports betting is profitable because the chances of winning is high even if the amount of win is not too high but in the long term it's a good profit for you just as long as you know how to read stats and really familiar with the sports.

I agree up to a point but it also can be profitable if you consistently make profit,it doesn't need to be big but it has to be on the regular.This way you can generate nice profit over time and then continue to do the same.Of course hitting a big win will make things a lot easier but you can be in profit even if you don't win that big,just your win ratio has to be better overall.

it is not always your emotions that lead to your loss, in some cases people lose their control and obviously end up making bad decisions and lose money. but generally when you gamble specially against the house you MUST lose otherwise the house is losing and the house can not lose otherwise they go bankrupt.

that is why people mostly say gambling is not profitable in long run because in long run the statistics become more real and things like house edge show themselves more clearly and show players disadvantage.
