It doesn't matter how often you play or good you are, in the long run you will lose more then you win. The amount of players/gamblers that make profit is marginal, very marginal.
Being a gambler, you won't win
Being the owner of a casino site, yes you will make profit.

Gambling can be profitable in the long run, but depends on how lucky and manage your balance
Do not be greedy if you play in gambling, you cannot profitable in the long run but you will lose all your money in the short time.

It could be profitable on a long term but the most of us do not have this luck and will also not make profit with gambling.
You just need so much luck to win and make profit on a long term.
I think not everyone has great luck at all times due ? so why should every day to gamble? it would only reduce your money and count against you? |

obviously online casinos can't be profitable in the long run, unless you win jackpot and quit for life. the only gambling activities (that I know of) that can be profitable is poker, sportsbetting and trading (let's agree that it has the same nature as the first two), but you have to invest a lot of time in it, possibly dedicate your life to it, and even then it, most likely, will not be worth it.
If youre talking about jack pots then.. most should just quit placing normal or playing normal casino games. and just shoot for the mega millions placing $1 ticket instead and hope for god it hits you. |

I'm not think about it gambling will always be losing in the long run, it is all about on luck and your skill We knew it that not everyone lose in gambling. |

Well let's take this to other side. We know gambling is not profitable in a long term. That's 100% will happen if a gambler always played at those house edge games that under the system of provably fair.

it is not "always" losing. there is always possibility of winning and we have all won in our gambling experience. if it was always losing nobody would have continued playing the game. and although it is rare there is always chance of profiting from it. |
Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.

is it smart in managing balance can increase your chances of getting a win at gambling? and you know that you can not always be in a fortunate position. so if you gamble in every day course you will experience defeat in certain day. if that happens I think gambling is not suitable to be profitable in the long term |

The answer is just no and that is because there are a lot of people that is still thinking that they can earn a lot of money with it which that is actually not true because it is rare to win some money.
And people getting addicted to it and it is hard to know what will happen with yourself when you are gambling.

Only certain games that you gamble that you can profit in the long run. They are esports or poker. These requires a lot of research and analysis skills. So it is not purely base on luck.

It could be profitable if the ratio of winning is higher than of loosing. usually playing in casinos needs a lot of skills, strategies and patience. you don't have to rush. You need the right timing on when to bet big amounts and not to bet. Some gamblers play indoors which make's the chances of winning divided to the number of players.

Of course that is possible but you need so much luck for that to happen. the fact that the odds are against you because of the house edging rule is not helping you much tho. |

It depends on what you would consider gambling.
There are many professional poker players, playing poker for a living and making good money.
Same for sports bettors.
There are even people who play professional slot machines, trying to go around town finding the slots that are leaning towards 0EV or slightly +EV, not sure how successful they are though.
Of course if you are lucky, you can be profitable long term, in any game. But that doesn't mean you are +EV in those games.

all i can say is all depends on luck, i know some people lose everyday but still they keep on playing everyday, because gambling became their hobby, i know some people to that always win everyday and also they keep playing and increasing they profit over and over again.
