Yeah I noticed that too... I do think things will start moving soon though Wink...

I will mine the current supply. Send an X amount of coins to both exchanges. They will swap their entire chip1 to chip2 balances.

When that is done, and there are still coins/people left who need to swap. I will hold the unswapped funds for ~10 days. After these 10 days the remaining unswapped coins will be burned, or held in a community fund. Wich will not be managed by myself. If you guys want that, we need to have some sort of escrow election Smiley I have been posting for 2 weeks now that we are going to swap soon. If people did not check up the last few weeks/upcoming weeks I am very sorry, but then you are simply too late for the swap.

I see the Ann as having class which means - effort- translating to a developer that cares.
Since this is a crypto site I think people will know it's not wine or office supplies.

But, maybe we can put up a website to sell wine and chips for Crypto.

Hey Banzai,

Any update as to exactly when the swap will occur? I had been holding off transferring some CHIP over to the exchanges to keep the tipbot active

youre right my apologies im just excited about where this coin will be heading after the swap.. cuz staking makes it a lot more interesting for a lot of people including myself  Cool
Aren't we all? Let's give Banzai the time he needs, instead of rushing and pushing him. Don't forget he's also dependent on the cooperation of two exchanges, which can be a hassle at times. He will deliver, just have some patience! Smiley

I can say that BanzaiBTC is a smart and trustworthy individual, He has helped me out plenty of times when I had issues with my own coin. I have no doubt at all that the relaunch of this coin will go smoothly! You guys could not possibly be in better hands.  Grin

sorry, my request stems from the fact that I am managing services that have other people's coins involved and I should have mentioned that, I want to ensure that nobody looses coins during the transition.

My own coins have been on an exchange since initial announcement of the swap.

@BanzaiBTC - If we mine on suprnova are we on the new chain or the old?  Will I have to still do the swap?  Please advise.

Thanks - pokeytex

Still old chain.. The new chain is not public yet
If you mine on the old chain.. Your coins need to be swapped when the time comes..

I will respond to all posts when I get home tonight. Busy day

Hey Banzai,

Any update as to exactly when the swap will occur? I had been holding off transferring some CHIP over to the exchanges to keep the tipbot active

I will talk with yobit and c-cex tomorrow to set a date. Sorry guys, I have been busy with some private stuff. Also needs to happen sometimes.

yes a little more information regarding the swap would be nice, there are people waiting you know..

The source is as good as ready to go.. I tested it for a few days in a row.. Everything went smooth.. I will update the OP tomorrow with the final specs of CHIPv2 and hopefully a swap date agreement with both exchanges

I also wanted to stretch the swap a little bit to lose people who are in it for a quick profit. Looking at the trading charts.. I think we can say the dumping is as good as over for now.. Let's see what happens if we reach higher levels in the future.. We must build a stable market together when the swap is done.. I honestly believe we can achieve higher altitudes then our current market position... Of course that needs some behind the scenes techy work also.. I am committed to work on that.. And I hope people are willing to join me in that adventure...  Smiley

And thanks for all the support guys.. But remember.. A succesfull coin is not dependent on a single developer only.. The community behind it makes the coin in the end...

I will also be more active in IRC starting tomorrow.. I envite you all to join me.. Fuzzbawls has setup a very nice tipbot for us.. So lets make use of that.. and also discuss the future of Chipcoin... I am not a monster.. You can talk to me..  Grin (link in op)

The swap will happen this saturday guys!

C-Cex agreed with the date.. Still waiting on Yobit for a reply.. So please send all coins to 1 of these 2 exchanges!

The specifications are almost the same as which I posted a few days back..

More details when I'm done with the graphics.. Probably tomorrow morning.. Getting late now..

Preview of the new chipwallet:

Some icons and barsizes etc still need some altering Wink

I also added splitblock to coincontrol.. This is a very handy tool to setup our block size inputs for staking Cool

The developer that never sleeps, it's 6 o'clock in the morning! Tongue Nevertheless, you never cease to amaze me Banzai, another awesome job. The new wallet looks great, nice graphics and colors while retaining the simplicity, I like it.

Looking forward to the swap! Smiley
