(Booting up my old computer to find the missing images from the OP lol )
It is looking good. Can you talk a little more on how the swap is going to work?
This has been a thing I've not been 100% confident about...
Setting up a "crowdsale" is easy.. coming up with a decent way to involve Chipcoin holders is something else
But I think I've come up with a solution...
First round for investments will be BTC only..
When the first round closes, we can calculate the shares amount for chipcoin..
Example 1:
Round one crowdfunded 30 BTC
Chipcoin price is ~300 sat on average looking at out market history, so 30 BTC marketcap
Distribution between BTC and CHIP investors will be even. (50/50)
Example 2:
Round one crowdfunded 70 BTC
Chipcoin price is ~300 sat on average looking at out market history, so 30 BTC marketcap
Distribution between BTC and CHIP investors will be 70% / 30%
But let me state, you are not swapping for PioneerShares, but you actually buy them with your Chipcoin..
At first I wanted to completely remove Chip from the exchanges and replace it with PioneerShares.. This will not work unfortunately.. Yobit never delists coins and I don't want to force people to get into PioneerShares. So instead of swapping, you buy shares with chipcoin.. Choice of investment is all yours! I will not burn the received Chipcoin, I'm not dumping them either...
Some people asked me why I am trying to compensate people who are invested in CHIP.. The answer is simple... Although CHIP was a takeover project, and compensaton is not mandatory... I'm not the type of guy who just takes off, and leaves people behind.. Without the continuous support you guys have given me, there would not even be a new project.. So I welcome you all to step in this new adventure with me... Chipcoin holders are the first Pioneers is this project, just saying...
If someone disagrees, and wants to takeover the development for Chipcoin.. I am more then happy to pass the torch to you, and support you in the background.. Of course all purchased domains, chipcoin artwork etc is all handed over.
More info about how this is all going to work will be described on the new website
