Yes, there are many gambling sites which offer free signup bonus but you need lots of rollover to withdraw.
To me, it is not worth it as it wastes my time and there is a very low chance I can withdraw the bonus out.

I don't think that is possible since you normally don't have to verify your account when using BTC, so if they did that, then nothing would stop people from registering with multiple accounts. If that exists they would need to have very big rollover restrictions, and even like that they could just keep making accounts until they were lucky enough to play, perform the rollover and withdraw and then do it again.

AFAIK Playtodos offers free 3-4 credits not bits, 1 credit equals to 10000 satoshi while 1 bits is only 100 satoshi so it is different. But the credits are not withdraw-able, players need to play with it and win real chips/satoshi.

They give no deposit bonuses from time to time for new users to try the site with real money but usually those promotions do not last long and they come with incredibly high rollover requirements.

Yes many sites offer this features which is definitely better than one time sign up bonus. Because you may not get a second chance with sign up bonus, but in gambling most of us definitely require a second chance to re-fill the balance.
