C29 Algorithm basically a fork of the Quark PoW Mining Algorithm but is more simpler, it uses MD5 + SHA256 + Shaval + Cubehash + (MD4 or Panama)

Being active to reply and being active to develop are two very different things. We could assume the one would mean that lack of the other but not always the case. As long as he actively develops, the community can be around to actively reply to questions as is the case with most coin threads.
