I think Great Britain. Because British law uses bitcoin as a personal asset. And I heard Circle bitcoin company announced its intention to open an office in London.

What are the best countries in the world to start and run bitcoin businesses?  For example, crypto-equity exchanges, bitcoin gambling, sites like purse.io, etc.  Are there any like this that welcome these sort of businesses and can these businesses avoid scrutiny from foreign regulators or do they still have to comply with the regulations affecting their customers?  Thanks!
I think Switzerland is also a good choice, because almost all of the cryptocurrency companies choose to develop in Switzerland, so it seems to me that Switzerland is a good choice.

Hearing so much suggestions on doing Bitcoin business in Switzerland.. I am not quite sure but the last time I checked, I know it has already scrapped the practice of helping the accused people by covering up on their Swiss bank accounts. This is not to speak ill about the Swiss government; please do not get me wrong. What I am trying to say is that before, the Swiss government allow people across borders to deposit monies with guaranteed protection from the same government that whatever money they have deposited will not be open for any investigation regardless of court orders. Correct me if I am wrong?

Nonetheless, I think so too that you can indulge yourself into Bitcoin business in countries that are accepting of it and are more than willing to regulate it rather than ban it all at once.

I think the best bitcoin business country is Japan because in Japan BTC has become a legitimate Payment tool, and from what I read in the last few days in Japan there have been changes in BTC pay, so if I think Japan is the best country for bitcoin business .

my thought exactly considering it already has the regulations in place Japan should not have a problem with a Bitcoin(crypto) Business but i think Singapore does have a conducive business environment.

Not really impossible to get a Business Bank Account for Crypto Currencies the bank's will run a mile been there, done it and seen it.  If you get caught dealing in BTC or Crypto Bank's will shut you down.

While excellent to do business but no bank will open you a Business Account

that's real.. There is a full topic to find solutions to avoid this...

No English article for crypto but you can look this article, 11.4 / share section. Its considered like shares so it's included in your personal revenu like work in progressive basis  (0 to 45%) + social cotisation of 16%.

There are some update with new president on tax for 2018, but we dont know if crypto will be included..

Japan was the first bitcoin welcome country and it's normally, they always were on the side of technical progress and new technologies. But I would call Australia as the country where it is better to organise bitcoin based business. After they solved the point with taxation of crypto currencies all the terms for crypto business became just ideal there.
The choice of the country is definitely depends on where you are indeed, and today the list of bitcoin welcome countries is raising. Belarus recently announced that they will become tax free zone for everything that has something with crypto world. For now they did nothing special about it, but the prognosis is really optimistic, so Belarus easily can become the best place for bitcoin based business.

So we have only 3 country in the world ? Japan, Australia & Belarus...

I live in Belarus and I want to say that our new Cryptocurrency Decree is the most loyal in the world.
Starting from March 2018, belarusian citizens will not pay taxes for mining, exchanging, buying crypto.

But the most interesting part is cryptobusiness. Becoming a part of HighTechPark, cryptocompany WILL NOT pay income tax, VAT and many other taxes. It's the best place for ICOs, exchanges etc. Of course, you should become a part of HighTechPark - you need to have strong business plan, administration will look at it in a month and you will get the answer (yes or no). If you are working business or you have great technologies, you have great chances!

Also I want to say, that opening company and living here is very cheap. Average salary in IT is around 1700$. So, even if for example Japan will have the same loyal laws, Belarus will be still at the top.

I see a lot of companies from different countries who are interested in it, law firms are full of questions. And if you have any questions, I can answer it in direct, I have connections with IT-lawyers and HTP representatives. Good luck for all of you!

Thank you for the additional information. On the other hand, I guess you have to be a resident of the country to open up your business and take advantage of this generous taxation. The problem is that the country is very cold.
I'll PM you.
