what guarantee that "He" dont chargeback after you-all complete deal?

if the guy chargeback later then who will responsible for this? he can chargeback anytime within 60 days that is hard for someone to wait
why don't you create your own paypal account?

That anonymous person ('He') needs to be extremely trusted for this to work, not the owner of this PP account you're looking for. Even if you guarantee you will pay back if 'He' charges back no one should make this deal, you're not trusted enough. Just lock this thread.

Payment Is Not Much High.. Its about 15$ or So like that... And I gurranttee you that he is not going to do that. If he did, I can Refund you back
