So, I have updated legal information on LTCGear.   The price for retainer I was originally told is actually $500 per person for the retainer, not $500 collectively.   Since at this time we would barely make a dent in that number with donations, I am going to do my own research and see if I can get a more favorable estimate considering the group of people requesting legal action will be quite large.

Still not a scam though LOL.

Why would anyone need a new shitcoin for donations. A trusted escrow and a BTC address is all that's needed.

This brings nothing but complications to this process.

You may have good intentions not enough to help the old coin. You should be focus on your coin and build up some value for it.

Seriously, how is it a scam.  Like I already stated about 6 times, the premine coins are in escrow.    I am trying to get community involvement in a specific cause.   I am putting in a lot of hours attempting to do something.   I have been researching lawyers and donating my time and money to attempt to help.   And guess what?  I don't mind spending a little bit of money to help.  Stop throwing the word scam around every 3 seconds because you don't like the coin.   I made my intentions pretty clear.   It's fairly obvious that personal profit is not my intention here.

1) Your ignore button is broken. Or perhaps you tend to talk shit, what a surprising development for a ... well, a shitcoin "developer".

I'm going to utilize the ignore button for you

2) You're whining again about your personal sacrifice and whatnot but fail to address my simple statement above. Why is a coin needed for all that? You can do what you're claiming to do and avoid the staking and exchange mess by simply setting up a Bitcoin donation address.

3) You posted a roadmap completely devoid of any kind of value proposition or any other redeeming features. All you're talking about now is lawyers, retainers, etc. If you want to develop a coin, make it worth something. If you want to organize a lawsuit, do that. If you want to combine both for no good reason you look clueless or untrustworthy or both.

4) Someone will inevitably lose money in this. That's probably not going to be the "dev". Let's check back in 3-6 months and see if it's still not a scam.

That's hysterical, I'm not the one "talking shit".   You have a completely disrespectful asshole from day 1.   I have done nothing more than dedicate time and effort into this.   I guarantee that I have more invested in this at this point than anyone.  If anyone loses, it's me.

And why a coin specific to this? Because people tend to donate more and give more when they are a part of something.  I can say: here, donate to this bitcoin address and be done with it.  However, if people get involved in mining, and creating goods and services around a coin, they suddenly become a part of a community and might be willing to help out more.  I opened a casino, profits go to the cause.   I plan on opening a VPS and web hosting site where you can buy with LTCGearCoin.  Donations go to that.

I have made it clear that I will not hold any donations personally nor any premine funds unless needed to pay for a service relating to coin development or donations.

At this point, I have almost 2 BTC personally invested in the coin development, and I don't even expect to get that back.   I don't care.   So for you to say I am scamming with zero evidence is bullshit and goes to show that you have nothing better to do.    Maybe if you stop thinking everyone is up to no good, you might be a little bit happier with life instead of being so nasty and miserable all the time.

Thank you for your concern regarding my happiness.

You still completely failed to address the value proposition. Casinos and hosting are not going to create wealth, hundreds of coins have them. And the end of this is going to be the same too -  dozens (or hundreds if you're lucky) of people with bags of worthless coins, with perhaps a small percentage of the "investment" donated to the cause but most just gone to waste heat and pump'n'dumpers.

So let's do this 6 months from now: take the peak marketcap of the coin and compare to how much will have been donated donated to an LTCGear legal fund, if one exists.

And please try to come up with new ad hominems when responding to this.
