It depends on where you live and which parts you ship.

If you aren't the sole controller of your private keys, you don't have any bitcoins.

it is legal in many parts of the united states. It mostly depends on what kind of parts you are selling as well.

Again, it depends on where you live and which parts. You had better familiarize yourself with the laws in your jurisdiction before going ahead with this plan.

Ugh, what isn't illegal these days? It's illegal to sell on the street without a vendor's permit, so that means a 4 year old selling lemonade can get arrested.

IIRC, the only heavily federally regulated standard part in the US is the lower receiver, because without it, you couldn't attach the rest of the gun parts to anything.

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.

Depends on what part of a firearm you are selling. If its just a trigger or a sight, I guess it's fine, If its a barrel or a lower receiver, that's illegal I think since its a major part of a firearm.
