Idle coins are bad for business..i don't have it right now! If we talking about cold wallet this is something different. I have coins in orders on hold. Others are placed very high if price sudden jumps..I won't talk here about alts, but there is best place for increasing BTCs..

That's very nice, I also have the same filling that's why I have bought already 9 bitcoin and will waiting for price increase and after few month its worth will take skyrocket so that time If will sell it then It idea will be very profitable.

I strongly agree with you sometimes people have to have a sense of fear when they try to grow with investment or other.

Holding is the safest way, as if you invest somewhere then there is always fear of loosing it if your decision goes wrong, hold till halving and sell with higher profits.

but be so careful about this because you are keeping your bitcoin online (in orders) on an exchanger there is all kinds of risks involved. there is the risk of getting hacked and losing your money and after what cryptsy has done i am personally scared about all the exchangers.

Although holding for future may be a good idea from investment point of view but it defeats the purpose of bitcoin.Bitcoin wasn't created as an substitute or an alternative to gold,it is an alternative to your conventional fiat and should be spent where ever possible

Yeah experience the fun of spending it as only holding is the worst thing to do with your bitcoin, I spend online or convert it to fiat whenever I am in need of money.

Yes, it is not a risk to keep your coins in your wallet, you will earn a good amount with your idle coins in your wallet as in the mid of this July halving will occur and it will have a good effect on the price of bitcoin.

If you are not good in trading then stay away from or you will loose what you hold, better to keep it safe in wallet and spend when halving occurs.

My idle coins currently do... Nothing really. There are no good investments for them right now, and they can't really develop any more value aside from sitting there and watching the value go up.

Maybe I'll start lending them, but there hasn't been any legitimate means of investing them yet. Maybe I'll find one soon.

That is because they are ponzi's/scams.

The only legit one is hashnest, but even with hashnest you will be bleeding money. The thing is that cloud mining hasn't been profitable in a long while.

That is because they are ponzi's/scams.

The only legit one is hashnest, but even with hashnest you will be bleeding money. The thing is that cloud mining hasn't been profitable in a long while.

Do not invest in any cloud mining as it will not survive in a long run, and they will run away with your hard earned coins, its good to hold till the halving.
