First of all, I'd like to thank the person who moved this thread into the optional section for auctions, where it's not possible to edit threads making running this auction a bit more challenging

In regards to fixed expenses, I have been tracking down our expenses these past days and this is what I have come up with:
Hosting: Currently running in a high-end shared hosting plan. If you follow our exact line of development, you will need a VPS or dedicated server to host the Bitcoin daemon. Alternatively, you can handle payouts using one of several online platforms and keep the updated game in a shared hosting plan.

The monthly payout rate is below 2000 DKK, which is covered easily by the advertisement from Adsense. In the upgraded version, the payout scheme is planned to be a percentage of the sites monthly earning, making sure you always run the site with a profit.

As promised in OP, I can show exact numbers for traffic, income and expenses against proof of funds to any interested buyers.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Well if they could upgrade the game they would already had made it happen, and well is hard to hire any developer with skills to make the work and finish.Im sure the game has potencial to grow even at the current version ,sure would bring more active members and new players inside the new version planned to happen, but as the main motive is they havent time to manage the game .

I personal would like more to have the admin to hire someone to handle payouts and fix some bugs instead selling the game,im sure someone would be happy to handle payments and some small bugs.

i wonder how many btc transactions the admin has to do per day/week and if that process couldnt be kinda automated somehow. What is the reason to do it manually at all? when i think about other sites  there seems to be not a person involved at all for the transactions at least

how about those who invest in your site? will just left out
maybe its better if you use some altcoin instead of bitcoin in your site
user will cashout and deposit using altcoin you pick
and some percentage of revenue ads will use to buy those altcoin
i think EPC is the better altcoin for you site its a gamer coin
heres the thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1013632.0
maybe its better if you contact EPC dev for sponsorship or partnership
or maybe ask if he is interested in your script

what has not been stated yet is, what will happen if nobody buys? will the site just disappear, will people get what is owed to them, will the site continue even with slow updates, will all investments be lost, etc?

How much time is spent just maintaining the current site?  Not counting questions about its planned sale, and ignoring the effort being put into 2.0, what is the day to day operations effort?  Things like answering emails or other manual tasks?

I enjoy the game in its current state. I cant imagine V2. It would be my pleasure to purchase the project and run it with integrity. Although I don't want to buy it unless v2 can be completed. This is not an easy task to accomplish myself. Do you have anyone who you can recommend who would be committed?

Well let me try to figure out top 20 earning is almost 18ksatoshis x24hoursx20 players=0.0864btc,now lets say around 400 players plays the game at the moment, they are getting lower income soo lets suppose their earnings currently are around 0.02btc meaning daily players taking 0,11btc daily, soo i can say the users income montly is at 3,3btc at the moment, the big problem is imagine 100 topo players all towm maximized,18kx100playersx24hours=0.432btc daily....soo without the new version that will act by round that is planed to last 1 month and share the income get from that month to top 500 players, lets say mybitmine gets 10 btc from ads on one month, the admin will take a fee to keep running the website lets say 10% soo 1 btc to admin and 9btc to be shared with top players,on this version there is no problem to handle at the current one well the more users upgrades it becomes heavy to keep with th e current system.

Is the site still for sale?  MyBitmine hasn't logged in since the 12th and hasn't commented on this since announcing there are 6 days left.  By my guess, today is the last day to bid.
