Bitcoin is the same and the same bank must be vigilant when we save money in both page because we could lose money. I don't think you could lose money or your savings in your bank ? if you are storing in a bank which is unregistered ,controlled by a smuggler then its a different story. And I think if we lose money in the bank we can hold accountable, in contrast with bitcoin that if we lose money we could not ask for accountability.
Yes ,If you lose anything or got your account hacked then you get an option to charge back.But nothing if you use bitcoin wallet. Yes you are right, but think about this, its in most cases your own fault that you are getting hacked so think about that. Also the fact the bitcoin has a better security it will not happen in most cases, people should just look more at the point of security. |

I will choose bank as I think still banks are much safer then bitcoin wallet, no doubt bank have control on my money but If my bank account gets hacked or I loose money, bank will surely help in recovering my money, and if I loose my bitcoins from bitcoin wallet, I loose everything.
banks will insure you a certain amount if something happens with the banks due to the bad economy for example. if you have $1 million in funds and the banks goes bankrupt, only 10-20% of your money will be secured. it's definitely not safer than bitcoin. as long as you don't click on shady links or download bad stuff, your computer won't get infected and you bitcoins will remain very safe. |

All I could say is that both are my choices.. I keep my bank account and a bitcoin wallet, you cannot buy physical goods in a physical store using bitcoin, banks could still find remedy to its problems when it comes to ease of using it, and might also resort to using same as bitcoin technology in the future, while bitcoin, is good in online transactions, and the wallet too is the best compared to bank passbooks.. but bitcoin is too young to say that it would stay like that forever..

i agree. we all have to rely on banks for now. bitcoin is still not popular so we will need banks to keep our money and use other services like credit cards,... provided by a bank until the day comes that we don't need banks anymore and replace them with bitcoin. |

Well I think a match of both is the best thing you can have of course, but due to the fact the bitcoin wallet is for me a real option.
Due to the point the bitcoin wallets is way more secured than a bank if you ask me, also there are more options to store your bitcoins that what I also like about it.
Also controlling your own money feels much safer, no one is looking at your wallet to control you and the transactions indeed take a lot of time at my bank.

That's true, but unfortunately Bitcoin is not supported in my famous marketplaces and also not yet supported as payment processor in many used platforms online, so that's why i think we need both wallet and banking accounts |

That's true, but unfortunately Bitcoin is not supported in my famous marketplaces and also not yet supported as payment processor in many used platforms online, so that's why i think we need both wallet and banking accounts Yes, I think at a moment we need both, as we don't find bitcoin platform everywhere, but things will change in future when bitcoin gets on mainstream, I think at that time we won't need banks anymore. |

agree with you, if you have bussines, you will know we need bank everyday. today i make transfer to my big sister, not much arround $40 use bank but the fee arround $0.5 if i use bitcoin the fee can be $0.01, but the problem he not use bitcoin. so im use bank with fee $0.5 |

Banks arent safe as before,hackers can attack them and they proved they can hit any place,bitcoin has a wall into it called hash,the wallets can be easy hacked?I doubt this can happen they need the password and the 2fa ,in the most besides those they need the identifier wallet,soo for me even lost some btc these days becuase i didnt record the information that i should ,i know wallets of bitcoin better then any bank that government can control.

In my bank im use 2fa too  i think the problem is not at hack account, i doubt people can hack your bank easily. for security i think bank more secure. but the problem is the Government could bankrupt and you can not withdraw your money from the bank like Greece. |
