Bitcoin wallet and bank account are two different things with different purpose. If one occupy the other's purpose, then only one will survive. Hopefully it would be bitcoin wallet.
I do not think bitcoin wallet will be against with the bank. because the real game is bitcoin vs fiat. of course the winner will also impact on bitcoin wallet and bank
But, we have common name for system and unit, i.e bitcoin. So, the real war can be both bitcoin vs fiat and bitcoin vs bank.
Bitcoin is going to win this war sooner or later but the fittest bitcoin will survive for sure.

Well its difficult to say the banks are also strong, I must say the bitcoin is already a step further than banks because its fully digital.
But its also the fact you have to keep in mind the bitcoin is still not stable and banks can have influence for sure, no doubts about that.

Overall I think the bitcoin can win but it will be a long journey!
The banks will disappear later in the future I think, because of Bitcoin. Because Bitcoin and the online wallets are now more used and that is very good for Bitcoin.
The normal banks are now reducing. And of course many people need their banks, so they cant disappear now.
I think if the bitcoin ATM started everywhere in the world and many service providers for ATM cards like visa and master start to load with bitcoin with relatively lower fees then definitely banks will disappear.

This will never happen. Most people don't trust cryptos because of all the negative stigmas it keeps having added to it. As long as people continue scamming and stealing, this isn't going to change at all.

That's the reality. Why cryptos has not received the trust as the dollar or some other currency is due to existence of a large number of coins and getting vanished in a short term. So when such scenario change bitcoin wallets will be used most.

BTC will never be dominant, but this scenario is what's stunting its growth. I've talked to many people about cryptos and their responses are always the same: either they talk about the scams/hacks or about how people just use them for narcotics. As such, the vast majority of people don't want to be caught associated with what is being largely deemed as a criminal ring/ponzi.

Some bitcoin wallet still has no assurance that your money is safe and if im not mistaken they don't have physical office and if they had its far from your place, so it is still the best to secure your money in the bank.

Some post are clearly made some deep analyzations about bank. Where those bitcoin lover that loves anonymity. What is your stand now to those previous post? They preferred bitcoin because majority of them like being anonymous, fast transaction and what else, unable to robbed and control your money. That is all not 100% true if you learn most the real comparison between bank system and bitcoin system.

We are into digital era now, people want to try new things, people were not used to smartphones but now every individual holds it, same will be with bitcoin in future.

I will use both of them as my bank is providing me best services and even I don't have to visit my bank for transactions as my personal banker visits my home on just a phone call and take care of everything.

what you will chose amomg them.and why do the banks are afraid of bitcoin.why banks are not much smooth and faster like bitcoin.if banks start accepting bitcoin as payments then will it became a revolutionary for us?can bank can solve our mining or money curculation probems.

Would use both for now as they both are incomplete models, one needs more people to adapt and the other needs to update the way it does business. The only real hold of me that a bank has currently is history, investments and I would turn to them for any potential loan.
Bitcoin does not offer these options to the depth a bank can offer. Once bitcoin gets that sorted its going to be a pivotal change for the banks as they fall backwards.

I would go for the bitcoin because I think its way more secure if you compare it with all banks.
Also the fact its way faster and also self controllable makes the decision easy.

oh wow thats pretty cool, i doubt that we have such services in my native country though i would definitely use if it was possible here too

i prefer bitcoin wallet as it is very easy to use and the fees are really low, though i have to use bank more often as most of my money are on my back account

I would go for the bitcoin wallet because it has more security and I trust it more than any bank.
With a bank always someone is watching your account, the bitcoin is self controllable.

Very rightly said mate you are the owner of your own bank and no one can access how much funds you hold in your wallet, I would choose bitcoin wallet for sure.

The bitcoin wallet is much better because the transactions are way faster in my eyes and its also a bit safer.
Many people are already saying it its controllable by yourself and that is just a very big plus point.

I'm going for the btc wallet because it has a lot more options and is much better with their security.
Also the fact is that they have no down times or ddos attacks, these days banks have this a lot.

A btc bank wallet would be very convenient. But since it don't exist I would go for a bank account. Banks are the only way to pay your bills these day, or even get income from salary.
But maybe someday my boss will pay me in bitcoin. Who knows.

Still bank because Bitcoin is not as secure as bank. Might change my view later when there come more secure hardware wallet.

what do you think about xapo vault..? coinbase vault..?
Im sure it's more safe than bank, im use it, you need 48hours to release your bitcoin after withdraw request.

Bitcoin wallet. I use blockchain.info
It's pretty good one in online wallets. Blockchain.info is good to check all the details of all block and all transactions.
If you start to go big deal and transaction desktop is fine. example multibit or electrum.

Those vault are good too im also using them for security purposes only, bitcoin wallet is much more convenient when withdrawing rather than using your passbook to withdraw.
