At this moment bitcoin can not be used everywhere alone and it is necessity to remain also on banking system too.I will keep using both till Bitcoin will not be accepted and used widely. Then off course will stick only with Bitcoin.

Why not use both? There are advantages of using both.

Bitcoin is not that much develop in every countries and it's hard to propose bitcoin per country. There are risk that others didn't know and just think bitcoin is much better because of anonymity or something like no hassle of going to bank for example. Others think that Bitcoin is really popular and developed in the whole world since they are here in this forum where 98% of the discussion is all about bitcoin. They are only looking for a tree and not on the whole forest.

Why would you choose between them when you can use both? Though it depends on your needs. If you are only choosing between them for the sake of safety or wallet, I would totally go for bitcoins as it is safer than banks on my experienced.

Bitcoins has a very limited type of market (for now), and it is not even accepted everywhere and still growing as per saying. Only a few accepts bitcoins as their payments while on the contrast banks (credit/debit cards) are widely used.

I would choose both. It is better to keep money in the different places. I would say, it is more secure. Bitcoin is not so stable that you can invest only in it and bank is not secure as we may think.

Iam going to choose Bitcoin Wallet, since its decentralized no one can freeze or stole my money, the only reason to have money in the Bank is just for security purposes, once the Bank closes just say goodby to your money, like the scandal that happened in my country about 6 years ago, the owner of the Bank Century (one of the Bank in Indonesia) stole the bank`s money and took it abroad, and no clear record where the money went.

My banks charge me atm withdrawal, account maintenance fee, whatever fee they think is appropriate but at least with bitcoin there is none with no condition attached. That's good enough reason to have me choose bitcoin instead of holding to my fiat money paper. Going long on bitcoin.

me to my banks charge me atm withdrawal, even they charge me transfer to the same banks, they are full of with fees thats why i hate them, many banks charge fees for behaviors that customers don't realize are costing them money. Among them are different or same bank transaction fees, perhaps most surprisingly, fees for open the new account

Bitcoin and fiat will coexist for many decades, if not centuries.

Grin you don't indicate the proportion of each ... and when people realize that bitcoin don't loose money over the time, the fiat system will be decrease dramaticly.

what you will chose amomg them.and why do the banks are afraid of bitcoin.why banks are not much smooth and faster like bitcoin.if banks start accepting bitcoin as payments then will it became a revolutionary for us?can bank can solve our mining or money curculation probems.

At least we need both banks and Bitcoin wallets till now, the fact that international and regional financial situations are already using bank systems, but also Bitcoin is growing up daily and so fast..
and because Bitcoin is different and smooth enough to make us prefer use it, we already support it and try to spread the word about it

If you life on this earth, I don't think you can just use Bitcoin, you need to use both. Bitcoin is far from mainstream adoption, it may never happen. I hope Bitcoin finds a niche, be it for paying for large sums without fees instantly. But for that or something similar to happen it will need to be regulated eventually.

banks accepting bitcoin is contradictory with what bitcoin is!!!

bitcoin was created to make a decentralized money system that everybody can use on his own and never depend on a banking system for using their own money.

so I would never use a bank if there were any accepting bitcoin. I prefer keeping my bitcoins on my own even if they pay interest I wouldn't do it.

If bitcoin is the only currency and there is no fiat. Banks dealing with bitcoin only. Will you apply mortgage from a bank?

The purpose of Bitcoin is to allow users to have full control over their coins without the risk of it being frozen. Having a bank would completely defeat its purpose. However, if we overlook this, it would be beneficial for us as bank can have a proof of solvency and could have a definite market cap.

Both banks and Bitcoin are good and will keep continue and grow for at least 1 decade. There is not such large adoption and acceptance of Bitcoin to say banks are gone.It is too early to say but both will exists and both will use blockchain technology for more transparency and faster transactions. It will be healthy competition which will bring some benefits to customers in my opinion.

Why not?
If I can pay my mortgage to the bank with my bitcoin funds, I will use this opportunity.
If they even offer interest on bitcoin funds, even better.
If bitcoin becomes mainstream, banks can accept bitcoin as any other currency, I don't see anything wrong with that.

Sad to say but I'm still using banks for some reasons. I can't fully rely my spendings to bitcoin uet since I can't pay for medical bills if in case some emergency happens. That's the only thing I use banks for, emergency, but other than that, I use bitcoin (sometimes with third-party payment processors) and it's actually doing well for me.

Which country do you live in? It seems you can use bitcoin for many things.
