I'd say it is a newbie to betting strategies who thinks his method is the best and that it can beat the house edge, last I heard one guy running a ponzi based on this ,Primeglitch, which ended up losing 2.5 btc along with investors money. Or probably, OP thinks he has found the stratergy of the century- Martingale(maybe a edited one)  |
