If you mean the wallet will dry out then yes , it is possible ,but I will do my best to not allow that to happen.
Even if I have to top up with my own funds..  ,.. yeah I said it.

Why is the total BTC deposited almost the same as the total BTC paid out?

It looks correct to me Sir    Everything is linked and feeds automatically soo currently ,...

0.65377351btc ( total deposited ) minus 0.59513405btc ( total paid out ) = 0.05863946btc, and I have 0.08595953btc in the hot wallet 
It's more because I only now topped it up like that with 0.02btc The leftover crumbs are transaction fees.

Can you explain more? We can deposit doge/ltc but the value shows as btc and we get paid with the cryptocurrency we used? Or there will be a hot wallet for each cryptocurrency?

I deposited 0.01 and other 0.01. I got the first and the second reseted because there wasn't enought on hot wallet (because of the wallet resync who scarred people and they stopped depositing). Now in 10 hours I will for sure got my second payment
