Do you believe in aliens?

First of all, earth is in space, is it not? Hence, us ourselves, are aliens by definition. It is also damn near statistically impossible these conditions dont exist elsewhere, as the universe is so vast.I believe the better question is if intellgent life exists, or existed in the past, outside of our planet.

I saw many viral pictures of Aliens with humans on Facebook and I am very confused if it is real or fake. I don't believe in Aliens but if I saw them personally, maybe that's the time I'm going to believe them.
