actually the reward structure for PoS is pretty interesting and will be fun to see how it pans out in a year or so

Guys wath about create a signature campaign, add GEN to more exchanges, buy things online, create a foundation... That attract many users and give more value to the coin.

What would you think of a hard fork to a new POW algorithm? Scrypt has a higher barrier of entry than gpu only algos. I think Lyra2REv2 (what Vert and Mona use) would make this an awesome coin.
