Hi,

I'm planning to open an online store where people can pay with Bitcoin and other Altcoins.

Can anyone please suggest what kind of goods they'd like to see and goods they'd be happy to buy on regular bases?

I'm based in UK but looking to ship world wide if I get enough interest.
And no illegal goods.

Thanks

I doubt many will, as focusing on one product specially directly related to a baby stuff in here might really lower the chances of selling good, I guess mostly digital goods have better chances of selling like any gift cards that are not yet in the other online stores could be a good start

This is the golden question, and I want you to know it is not an easy one to answer. If someone knows what is in demand and it is easily accessible than they are mostly already selling it. I would love to see Gift-Cards for 40% of face-value consistently for all major retailers. I also would like to see high-end electronics at ridiculous mark-downs. I would like to be able to purchase bitcoins directly from your site at a discounted price. I would like to purchase video-games prior to their release, and I would be interested in Beta-Codes. Let me know when you can manage this Wink

What goods are in demand? Everything except what I have for sale (including new & old & vintage stuff), apparently.

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.

Wrong demographic. Bitcoin users are disproportionately male .. heavily disproportionate.

... and when inflatable dolls are in demand, baby products will not be :-)

Well, talking about in general here on the forum.. the goods with the most demand would definitely be physical cryptos.  Then you would have miners and bitcoin talk accounts (and other accounts).

Usually what people use bitcoins is to buy illegal stuff mostly because they can get whatever they want from ebay or amazon. But since you really want to sell the legit stuff you can try selling some content bitcoin traders would be interested in like maybe btc tshirts ,btc keychains or btc accessories .You can maybe open up a full fledged store only accepting bitcoins and sell almost everything .

Do you want to be a mini Amazon or keep products focused on crypto related items? The UK is a bit of a desert for retail with the exception of Cex.

It might also be worth looking into a store that was digital only. That way you don't have to dick around with stock, postage or returns.

Will you need a bank account? If that is the case then you might find it borderline impossible to keep one if they know you're dealing in crypto. Fidor bank may be the answer to that.
