I have 50 euro paypal

I got money on paypal for my bitcoins, now I have a big problem, I cannot spend it because i need a creditcard, which I don't have. So i cannot send money from paypal, I don't know why, but it was changed...

Anyone tell me how to get this money in bitcoin or an other currency so i can use the money to buy stuff?

Yes, I have resetted it 3 weeks ago so that message will go away within a week, I didn't hack this account or so. I also wouldn't waste my account for a 50 euro scam if I can earn that within a few weeks of signature campaign.

after scam 50eur you successfull can buy new account for 10 eur, and earn  further for signature campaigne, I only did not understand , if paypal not allow you spend fund how you going to transfer  it?

I will go first and will wait for when you withdrew it to your bank and then u send me the btc. I don't mind to wait some days. But I need very trusted member for this because i go first.

Don't get me wrong. I cannot send because new rules which i didnt know that u need to connect credit card or bank account which i don't want to connect. So that is why i sell the account + email for bitcoins.

Don't get me wrong. I cannot send because new rules which i didnt know that u need to connect credit card or bank account which i don't want to connect. So that is why i sell the account + email for bitcoins.

Paypal has then made their conditions of use even stricter. Now you need to have a credit card or bank account connected to even send the money to other Paypal account? Even if you don't want to withdraw to your bank account.

No, it's not. I strongly believe that something with the OP's account is wrong; it may be limited or something.

I dont know when they changed this, but when i try to buy stuff from amazon it asks me to first connect a credit card or a bank account, which I don't want to add to my paypal account...

So the only option is to sell the whole account with email.

Edit: if i send 1 cent it works, but if i do 50 euro it asks for an creditcard, while my balance is 50.14???

It's not changed, 100%. My PayPal account still works. They would never do that because 99% of PP users would just leave their service and move to Payza, Neteller, etc. Maybe it's just something that Amazon requires?

Yes, that could be the issue. Or mayby I have set an limit or by default that if you do over an certain amount it asks for a card...

But i can send again, mayby it was too big amount for once. Thanks for all help, it is working again!
