It happened one week ago when there were rumours about an investigation at cryptsy. I thought I should bette be safe than sorry and so I did a withdraw on all my coins or sold them before.
Withdrawing all coins worked well, but I am facing a problem with the BTC withdraw:

You can see that the status is "Processed" and it also has a TrxID. But if you track that TrxID on blockchain.info you would not find anything:
https://blockchain.info/de/search?search=1a25c179744cd740a2ffe7071d2f4f4bd98e1194a53d117178df0235a80f8bbd

I sent those BTC to my blockchain wallet and also received information about incoming coins. But I also received another information about 3 hours later that this transaction has failed.

Since then I am writing with cryptsy support almost on a daily basis, but always get a "our technical team is working on it".
Does anyone have the same problem?
Kind regards

Interesting issue.  They can't blame it on the malleability attack since it would show as a double spend and not as nothing...  I'll withdraw my trade dust and see what happens... and report back.

EDIT:  Good idea to remove the address.

This is a heavily concerning issue.. I can only imagine that this is happening to other users as well. If this is happening for other users I urge them to post their experiences here for the public to see.
I am very interested in hearing how support handles this issue. Contact their support and post how they handle this, please Smiley

Cryptsy "craptsy most call" is a cancer company. Do not use their service. Be warned. They are slow and they don't answer to customers.

This is good news to hear, at least they are paying out properly to other members. It could possibly be an issue strictly with your individual transaction and I strongly suggest you do contact support or this won't get resolved.

If anyone else can withdraw 1BTC+ that would be incredibly helpful to this thread. Wink

Good to hear that it is at least working for you Smiley

As I said, I am contacting them almost on daily basis but always get the response that they are working on it...

Are you experiencing the same problems as OP?
What other problems are you experiencing?

If you clearly formulate and complain here in this thread then we can get a solid compilation of the nonsense caused by Cryptsy.

There is a guy here on the forum that gets your money out of Cryptsy. I guess he works over there or he's a complete scammer. But he claims that there is not a lot of time left for Cryptsy because of the ongoing investigation, and if you have a withdrawal problem that you should contact him.

Now I am not saying that he's legit and that anybody should contact him, but this is an interesting turn of events. Him showing up and many threads about Cryptsy problems and slow dying of the exchange.

2 days have passed since I wrote my last ticket in which I also informed them about this thread.
Since then no response (and of course no BTC). I am getting more and more worried...

I'm not using cryptsy anymore, and i'm glad. Many people have problem with cryptsy back then.

Mostly about deposit and withdrawal. It took very long time to receive or sent btc.

Try to contact intense via twitter, here https://twitter.com/cryptsy.

Since more than one month has passed now: No update - no payment - requests are being ignored.

As of right now I would suggest to keep your BTC away from Cryptsy, their support seems to be non-existent.

Cryptsy already having issue about deposit and withdrawal BTC long time ago.

Gladly, i'm already out from cryptsy long time ago because of that issue.

Sory for your "lost" btc there. Try to spamming his twitter or email, maybe it will work.

While I only had .33 and withdrew it easily, there seems to be a rather large group trying to withdraw over 1btc... and can't.  I haven't sent any coins since I withdrew my dust altcoin transactions and I think I'm very glad I stopped.

I had a similar pending BTC situation, it lasted for 6 days and I was forced to cancel my withdrawal and buy Doge. Sold Doge on Bittrex without problems and got my BTC.

Looks like they have no free BTC on the exchange. Now the principle of work like ponzy - you got your BTC if someone deposited this amount.
