I've been meaning to enroll in a signature campaign but first wanted to know some tips to do it successfully. Can anybody give me some pointers? Thanks
[Edit: by running I mean participating in the campaign]

The title to the thread is completely wrong. Enrolling onto a signature campaign is not as difficult as you think. Look at the campaigns in Services and find one which has spaces for Jr Member and apply.

You need to change topic. The topic and first question in thread are completely different. My suggestion is don't worry about sig campaign till member or even full member. Use this time to learn about bitcon and the forum. Most importantly how to make posts with content. Once you get that down enter a campaign down the road and pay is much better at full member, there is a decent jump.

since your post did say enroll, I'll go ahead and assume that that's what you wanted to do.
participate in discussions, stay on-topic, and don't post nonsense. simple, no?

Well, in addition to what was already mentioned (don't spam; participate in discussions in a constructive manner), which basically apply to all members, signature campaign or not, the next step would be to read the instructions for the campaign you are considering joining 1 carefully (you can usually find everything you need to know in the very first post) - they tend to vary a little, some of them restricting where in the forum you can post, sometimes with what frequency you can do so, the minimum number of characters your posts must have, and so on. 1 - you can see a list of the available campaigns in the following thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.

I'am going to answer both your questions : If it's for running a signature compaign : Then make sure to only use people with neutral trust or positive trust (no negative) , also make sure to only recruit people who are Senior members or above (the more visible , the better for your service/website) and less chances for the posts to be shitty . If it's for enrolling : All signatures compaigns agree on what thing which is "Constructive posts" which means that you should simply stay on-topic don't go off-topic , don't troll , avoid short and spammy answers like "thanks" "ok" , "bye" "good job" etc .. try to make full sentence "constructive as I said .

the name of the thread is really missleading, in order to earn a lot of money from your signature campaign you have to post a lot and have a high ranked bitcointalk account

If you have a little spare cash it would make sense to buy a higher ranked account rather than wait. You can make returns more rapidly. Other than that there's not much to report really. If you post pointless shit you'll be called out quickly. If you develop a rep as a wise old sage you may be able to ask for higher rates from specific campaigns.
Each campaign has its own restrictions and some won't pay out if you post in entire areas of the forum. If you're super passionate about one of the non paying areas you may be better off finding a campaign that fits otherwise you'll end up sitting there thinking up stuff to write that you don't care one jot about.

[Edit: by running I mean participating in the campaign]
First of all, kindly edit the title of the thread as it was a bit misleading (I though you were planning to make or run a signature camapaign). Well probably this advice will be the most suggested one and the advice is to post contructively and relatively to the discussion. Do not attempt to reply any shit posts and spam this forum cuz you'll just end up banned on a sig campaign or worse, on this forum. My suggestion is to don't consider participating on signature camapaigns as an income, just consider it as a bonus for having discussion and interacting in this forum. In that way, you'll have fun learning and discussing, at the same preventing spamming.

its simple, just make a post where you need to and not where you want to. additionally, you can join a signature campaign where you can use your ref code so you might get a referral and earn additional few coins

Take the signature campaign as a bonus only to what you can learn here in the forum. Don't focus in that. Don't count, don't bother asking yourself if your post is constructive enough. Focus on the forum topics and be helpful for the community.
