May be the price volatility isn't encouraging people to use Bitcoin as payment processor or even to own it
But now a days, we can see bitcoin prices a very much stable and trading within $410 to $425. In future, we can expect more stable but very higher prices for bitcoins for sure. So, the problem of highly volatile price of bitcoins will get solved over time. |

It's not so much paranoia...try getting people to change their ISP, their utilities, their bank...anything... People are naturally quite conservative & it's hard work to get people to change anything, I really don't think this is a phenomenon unique to Bitcoin. |

no one can stop people using bitcoin. bitcoin provide convenience to its users. bitcoin provides comfort and security. people will start leaving the current conventional transaction.
bitcoin took it's place very well and wining more people's heart and mind every day. bitcoin is very attractive because of it's price, security and lots of earning opportunities.. I think people wont stop using it although more people getting involved in it. Yes people are really loving bitcoin with its features and how easy it is to use on some occasions like sending money its fast and has less fees. They are going to stop with Bitcoin if they realize that they lost a lot of money with it or if they dont can make some profit with Bitcoin and that is really bad indeed. But that is the bad thing, people that use Bitcoin must have some patience and that is really important to make some profit with it otherwise you cant make some profit. |

i doubt that anyone actually stops them from using it, people just choose to either use it if they need it or not, thats their decision
the only thing that might stop them is governments if they banned bitcoin and disallow people to use it because governments are afraid of bitcoin
I think it is saying about what people is not starting to use it. What is stopping them? Is it a who or what? I think it is always a what. Lavk of knowledge and laziness to study it or learning how it can be done. Yeaaa nobody can stop people using bitcoin, but something can stop people using bitcoin. Fear of bitcoin dropped price to the lowest I guess the thing that can make people stop investing and using bitcoin. Imagine if the price back to $1 , will they keep investing in bitcoin? I doubt on it That price is like a dead price. In my opinion I might also quit with that price. Well as long as people with power are also holding some it wont be that easy to make it fall. Those whales will control the movement back again. nahh , i think it's pretty clear that most people will leave and stop using bitcoin once the price are dropped to the lowest. only few people will remain use bitcoin and then gone. well we just hope that will not happened in the near future or even it shouldn't happened. |

The risk of losing much is the problem. If you invest too much that would make you afraid also. It is not that easy to get that much bitcoin just to lose its value. |

Bitcoin doesn't bring that more functionality for the average person. BTC is not accepted at much places yet.
yes. that might be true. but I don't know any one who start using bitcoin once and after some time left it because of this reason. Personally I think people not stopping using bitcoin. even more poeple getting enter into bitcoin industry every day. |

Yes price volatility is the major factor behind people not using moondollars as they have a fear of loosing their money if uᴉoɔʇᴉq price falls in future. Yes i agree with you. I think price is the most stopping people from using bitcoin, like when the price decrease so down around $200+, There are many of my friends stop using bitcoin. But, all of your friends will start buying bitcoins in very big quantity. Buying or selling bitcoins are some known ways to use bitcoins in our daily life. But never believe that bitcoins will go those price levels again. We are heading towards $1000. |

For others i don't know but for me Security problem i had experience with this. Once i got payment evening of weekend i was busy with other work but some one hack my account and they did Betting all my wallet amount and loose. After two days i checked my account it was ZERO i am shocked and checked history i got my payment but some 1 played casino games and lost full money. So from that day onwards i am not keeping bitcoin in same account i will transfer payment to other account. So for me it's insecure purpose people may stopping using bitcoin i am not sure but i said what happens to me that's it.

I think bitcoin has nothing to do with that matter, you are the only one who can secure yourself from stealers or hackers, not only bitcoin but any currency can be hacked that is not the fault of bitcoin, you should probably secure yourself by doing some good research on how to secure your money and do what you feel is the best way, i'm sure you won't face this problem again. |

People are stopped just with the negative statements put forth from its early days of existence, and major reason seems to be the failure of large number of such digital currencies. |

If someone got a bad experience with investing then it might also be the simple reason why they are scared of happening again. Indeed. Because they are get traumatized on staking on bitcoin again if they lose so big money in investing on hyips and they afraid to be repeated it again. And also some are victim of being hack they lose so much money for being account and they dont feel its safe to stake again in bitcoin. And thats what people stopping to use bitcoin. |
