With the prices going up some people just can not afford to buy these bitcoins anymore. This is why I hope the halving is going to happen. This will attract more people to use and buy bitoins.
It has to happen soon other wise more and more people will leave.
If they can't afford then make it affordable. Do some bitcoin jobs. All the earnings from there must circulate thru bitcoin exchange trading. Buy when dip , sold when profit. By doing this they don't need to use their own fiat money in order to buy coins. |

I think why people are not using the bitcoin is because the bitcoin itself has a good future but people think its bad because of the media that is saying all kind of bad things about it.
I think that is honestly the best reason I can come up with these days.
I think not all media hate bitcoin. there are some of them who are friends with bitcoin. because since I bsia media joined with bitcoin. when the media reported about bitcoin and I joined I think the media is also a factor. |

I think not all media hate bitcoin. there are some of them who are friends with bitcoin. because since I bsia media joined with bitcoin. when the media reported about bitcoin and I joined I think the media is also a factor. The reality is only when media feels comfort with the technology they talk and spread in favour of it. But at times of government needs they probably won't be a supportive for bitcoin. |

People stop using Bitcoin because the prices are sometimes to expensive, not everyone can pay $400 for some bitcoins. And it can take a while before you make your money back with a profit.
Yeah I agree, not every person has so much money to invest in these expensive bitcoins. For them they have not any reason to use Bitcoin because they can't afford them. |

I think why people are not using the bitcoin is firstly because of the point people think its used by criminals.
The second thing I'm thinking is that they are thinking its just not understandable the most people think its too difficult to step in and invest in the bitcoin itself.
nowdays peoples are not thinking that bitcoin is only for criminal activity anymore, bitcoin obviously act as a currency where people have ultimate controll to use or spend it either in a good way or bad way.like fiat, even right now many exchanger out there need verification, we as a costumer need to provide our identity for kyc procedure |

agree with that,media have big influence for bitcoin development,more media tell us about bad side from bitcoin,its really not good for bitcoin,new people who start interest to bitcoin will think negative about bitcoin. |

agree with that,media have big influence for bitcoin development,more media tell us about bad side from bitcoin,its really not good for bitcoin,new people who start interest to bitcoin will think negative about bitcoin. Bad news always travels faster then good news and bad news attracts people in a quick way as they start believing it very easily and that is the main reason people are not using it. |

The halving got some good side also. People are expecting for this time to come so they cant let go just like that. They will stay and hoard some more coin and maybe get some more profit when price increase comes. |

For me personally, (although I'm only new to this), is the lack of being able to use it in everyday life like cash or card.
This is one of the few reason why people are not using bitcoin because there are few or no shop available for you to spend your coins with. In my perspective, using bitcoin does not mean spending. Even there are not enough opportunities to spend bitcoins in your region, you must hold your bitcoins for future. Holding is also a way of using bitcoins. Yes, using bitcoins definitely sounds good as adopting bitcoins. To start using bitcoin, there is no requirement of bitcoin accepting merchants or bitcoins ATMs. Anyone in this world can start using bitcoins right away without worrying about spending of it. Adopting bitcoins must be one of the way of using bitcoins. I do agree. But, saving bitcoins is not that much preferable for many people who are not concentrating on investment purpose always. Many people are just looking for easy way of transactions. That is their prime requirement when searching for bitcoins. |

Well that's true, and we can't blame them..even their government is not concerned about those things...If only their governments would be doing something about literacy and technology modernization, perhaps everyone will have the same knowledge..But only time can tell and their decision to choose their leader... But i think government is busy on another problem and another development plans in their respective country i think bitcoon is didnt reach or the dont bother to adopt it now because they dont see it profitable for them. |

At the same time if governments starts thinking about it soon everyone gets kicked off else the limitations on earning, some tax issues everything will exist same as banking. |
