I'm wondering what's stopping people from using bitcoin?

And now I'm talking about people who already aware of bitcoin and how it works but still not using it.

The price is now pretty much stable for more then a year, security issues are out of the question - so why we can't see in 2015 more companies switching to it, especially considering the unstable condition of moden economy?

I think that people are stop using Bitcoin because the price was stable for a pretty long time. I guess these people got tired of waiting and just stopped.

Yeah, the price was never stable but the good thing is its price is always ranging to its stable price at $420. But I don't think this is the thing that people are stopping in using bitcoin.

That's right price will increase after that halving that we are all waiting for. I think people don't believe in digital currency / money that's why they don't believe in using bitcoin.

I was quiet worried by your answer, the people using bitcoin have negative impact over it means, how other people believe in bitcoin? When you are in emergency sell your coins if selling rate is higher than the price you actually bought. The next time you can sell for good profits.

personally I believe user friendliness. I think if we want to have bitcoin become mainstream we need to first have regulated insured central entities that let someone use and secure bitcoin without much knowledge. Along with this a mainstream etf for people to invest in the coins without having to worry about security. Then there can be another type of user who is knowledgeable and keeps their coins and private keys managed by themselves. Without having support for both types of these users I don't think we will continue to grow exponentially. A very unpopular opinion to some.

true, they may be afraid to try new investment with new or new product they know. very many stopped using bitcoin as always heard that bitcoin will become a thing of value, the price will drop to $ 5 or lower, it scares them and stop using bitcoin

Bitcoin still not reached everywhere in the world .and some peoples who use it but still dont use it are because they think it has a lot of risk and i thonk they are also thinking right bitcoin is very violent when ever i saw it but i dont care about the price mostly i am here to understand the whole technology so price don't effect me but maximum peoples are here due to the bitcoin price they want just to grow their money without any risk bitcoin is profitable...

Yeah someone creates a videos for teaching bitcoin to dummies. But who will promote it. Do we have a good community here that will do something for it to be popular to those people that dont have enough knowledge.

I think there is no urgent reason to stop using bitcoin. because in fact bitcoin has all the advantages that exist.

You're asking a very complex question. This question can not be answered with a reason or two. There are many factors in play. Maybe Bitcoin is still too complex for some people. Besides, the majority are ignorant and closed-minded (change is hard to accept).

Yeah I agree their are many reason why people are stopping with Bitcoin. They either find Bitcoin to hard to understand or they just do not like waiting.
